Emeritus Member, Turing Center; President, Society for Mind-Matter Research
Harald Atmanspacher is a German theoretical physicist and one of the principal architects of dual-aspect monism, a systematic account of mind-matter relations. His interdisciplinary research spans complex dynamical systems, foundational questions of quantum theory, non-commutative structures in physics and cognition, and non-reductive approaches in the philosophy of science. He served as head of the theory group at the Institute for Frontier Areas of Psychology in Freiburg from 1998 to 2013.
