Edward Nersessian
Biography
Nersessian is a clinical psychiatry professor and psychoanalyst who co-founded the journal Neuropsychoanalysis and co-edited multiple psychoanalytic texts. His research focuses on "reassessing the fundamental tenets of psychoanalytic theory." He previously co-founded the Philoctetes Center and was affiliated with the Paris Institute before establishing the Helix Center. He is a Distinguished Life Member of the American Psychiatric Association and a Corresponding Member of the Societe Psychanalytique de Paris.
