Biography

Mustafa Menai is a scholar of Urdu language and literature whose research focuses on the history of Hindi-Urdu education, curriculum development, and teacher training in South Asia. He is interested in the pedagogy of teaching language through literature and experiments with poetic structures such as ghazal, nazm, and haiku. He holds an MA in International Education Development from Columbia University.
