Biography

Ludovica Lumer is a philosopher, neurobiologist, and psychoanalyst born in Milan who has worked since 1997 with Semir Zeki at University College London researching neuroesthetics and the relationship between visual perception and artistic representation. She maintains a private psychoanalytic practice in New York City and has lectured for many years in the Psychology Department of Milano University.
