Biography

Andrew Rossetti holds a clinical music psychotherapy role and coordinates multiple music therapy initiatives in hospital radiology oncology settings. He maintains visiting faculty status at the University of Barcelona and teaches at Montclair State University. Currently pursuing doctoral studies in music psychotherapy, he previously earned a Master's degree in Music Therapy from Ramon Llull University in Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in classical guitar performance. He received a private grant from Augustine Guitar Strings to study classical guitar in Spain. He leads the NYC Regional Arts in Healthcare Group and serves on the International Association for Music & Medicine's Board of Directors. His research and lecturing span Europe, Asia, Canada, and the United States, with particular focus on Environmental Music Therapy and using music psychotherapy to address trauma and cancer-related challenges.
