Allison Avery

Allison Avery is a diversity, equity, and inclusion executive and Jungian psychoanalytic candidate. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from New York University and a professional certificate in HR Management from Cornell University's ILR School. She previously served as the first Director of Diversity and Inclusion at NYU School of Medicine and maintained a private psychoanalytic practice for over nine years while completing certification through the International Association of Analytical Psychology.
