W. Warner Burke is a pioneering organizational psychologist who has been at Teachers College, Columbia University since 1979. He is co-developer of the widely studied Burke-Litwin Change Model and co-founder of the Eisenhower Leaders Development Program, jointly operated by Teachers College and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He has authored over 130 articles and book chapters and more than 15 books on organizational psychology, organization change, and leadership.
