Mark Epstein is a psychiatrist and bestselling author who has written extensively on the intersection of Buddhism and psychotherapy. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School, he has practiced vipassana meditation since 1974 and authored numerous influential books including 'Thoughts without a Thinker,' 'The Trauma of Everyday Life,' and 'The Zen of Therapy.'
