Biography

Karen Maschke is a bioethicist and editor-in-chief of Ethics & Human Research, the journal of The Hastings Center. She holds a Ph.D. in political science from Johns Hopkins University and a master's degree in bioethics from Case Western Reserve University, with expertise in the ethical, regulatory, and policy issues involving new biomedical technologies.
