Biography

Karen Ingram is a creative director, designer, and artist who uses her skills to promote scientific awareness, with a particular focus on synthetic biology. She is co-author of 'BioBuilder: Synthetic Biology in the Lab' (O'Reilly, 2015) and co-organizes the Brooklyn-based science event The Empiricist League.
