Biography

John D. Eastwood is a clinical psychologist and leading expert on boredom who has been exploring the unengaged mind for over 20 years. He is the Principal Investigator at The Boredom Lab at York University and co-author of 'Out of My Skull: The Psychology of Boredom.' His approach to boredom is broadly informed by the humanities but focused on understanding boredom from cognitive and clinical psychology perspectives.
