Craig Newschaffer
Biography
Newschaffer serves as founding director of the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute and holds the position of Associate Dean for Research at Drexel's School of Public Health. He is Vice President of the International Society for Autism Research. His research centers on "the discovery of modifiable autism risk factors." He has directed NIH Autism Centers of Excellence projects and led initiatives for ASD case confirmation in epidemiologic research. He holds fellowships and editorial positions with major professional organizations including the American College of Epidemiology.
