Biography

Bella Brodzki is a comparative literature scholar whose work spans world literature, translation studies, autobiography, literary and cultural theory, gender studies, and postcolonial studies. She is the author of 'Can These Bones Live?: Translation, Survival, and Cultural Memory' and co-editor of 'Life/Lines: Theorizing Women's Autobiography.' Her essays have appeared in PMLA, MLN, and Yale French Studies.
